We currently ship Australia-wide. International shipping is not available at this time, but we hope to offer this in the future. Follow us on social media for updates.

SHIPPING METHODS

All orders are shipped via Australia Post or Sendle, depending on the most suitable service for your order and location.

Free Shipping
Orders over $120 qualify for free standard shipping.

Standard Shipping
$9.95 flat rate.

Express Shipping
$16.99 flat rate via Australia Post.

LOCAL PICKUP

Local pickup is FREE.

Please allow 2–7 days for your order to be processed before it is ready for collection. You will be notified by email when your order is ready to collect.

ORDER PROCESSING

As our candles are often hand-poured to order, please allow 3–10 business days for order processing.

During busy periods, launches or sales, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience while we carefully prepare your order.

Please note that processing time is separate from the delivery time once your order has been dispatched.

TRACKING

Once your order has been fulfilled and dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout, as Valley Candles cannot be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

Please note that subscription orders have automatic FREE SHIPPING included in the price and do not qualify towards the free shipping threshold when combined with other products as they are delivered separate.
